Week 4: 7/6-7/10 (16.5 hours)
Throughout this week, I saved entries from the #GreatAmericanPicnic Sweepstakes into their respective folders and compiled all entries into an Excel spreadsheet. I also filled out a couple more gift transmittal forms. Additionally, I attended several meetings such as; Staff Brainstorming, Bi-Weekly Staff Meeting, Webinar on the President/CEO search. I later sent emails to staff I recently met through the meetings to introduce myself, connect with them, and learn about their departments/projects. Lastly, I learned the process on how to update/make changes to the BSO website.
