-Replaced broken Clock Audio tabletop mics

-Study for CTS Exam
-Helped talk AV staff on site through troubleshooting steps with service coordinator

-Multiple service calls at large service client site
-Worked through troubleshooting failing tabletop laptop connections, deduced failing card on AMX DVX
-Replaced failing codec and worked with IT department to configure managed ports
-Diagnosed broken Tx/Rx pair in system
